I'm going to the Wasaga show in July... I've never been to Wasaga Beach before. I've heard from a couple of friends that parking can be insane there on summer weekends. Can anyone who's been there before recommend any good spots to park? Is it a good idea to get there really early in the day to make things easier?

Get there before 1pm and look for the waterslides. If you can find that part of the strip, you should have no problem finding a lot.

There's a pay and display lot right behind the open strip, it's usually decent. If you're coming in before the show, avoid the 3-5pm drive time. On Friday nights, that 2-hour window is NUTS with traffic. It once took my family and I three hours to make the twenty minute drive from the outskirts to the strip.

If the traffic is bad, just park in Stayner and walk...
