if you click for more info it says that the 'on sale to the General Public date' is Friday. Maybe at 10 they will put them on sale for the fan club.

Damn! It's 10:05am and I just noticed the onsale date changed to this Friday June 18. The Edmonton & Calgary listings quoted a general sale when it was really the Hip Club sale, same as what's quoted for Vancouver.
10:07am now and I'm pretty sure it's pushed until Friday because nothing's coming up.
