Hip Club e-mail/Password
#1

So THC is live and has sent out passwords for the Edmonton and Calgary shows, while mentioning there will be a Toronto show and another major Canadian city. Everyone in the Toronto area stay tuned I guess, they say it'll be mentioned in the next day or two. It's all getting very close...

Maybe something even smaller...how many people do the Edmonton and Calgary clubs hold?

Yeah, I got one from TheHip.com as well and thought it kind of defeated the purpose of just having Club members at the show. Maybe they're allowing non-Club members that are still on their normal mailing list to get a last-second copy of IVL for the pre-sale tomorrow.

Heron, I've read the venues hold 400-500 people each.

There is no mention of needing to be a Hip Club member; a password for the sale is included in the newsletter.

I received two emails from The Hip today mentioning the show. One was The Hip's newsletter, and the other was from thehipclub.com's membership services.

I just bought another copy of IVL today because I lost my Hip Club Card simply so I can get tix for the Toronto Club Show... Since I just joined today I hope there is no delay period in which they have to process stuff before they start sending out emails. I assume it's probably instantaneous once you join online?

the one i got was from thc@thehip.com (i guess the hip club then). I still have yet to receive one from thehip.com itself.
Good luck tomorrow all you Albertans!
All for now,

I'm worried. Whether it's only for Hip Club members or not, these shows are gonna sell out within seconds. I have notoriously bad luck when it comes to Internet pre-sales. I really hope I can go.

Good Luck DireWolf 74..

I received an email from TheHip.com.. it said specifically not to publish the details of this email as it is for TheHip List Members.. so..

I think TheHipClub must be having problems with stuff.. as I didn't receive the email for Toronto pre-ticket sales..

Cheers! 8)

I changed my email account on The hip Club about 5 months ago.
And I still get emails to my old account - not the new one.
I even checked last week and my info is updated - BUT they still send the emails to my old account.

I never got the email as I changed my email address and forgot to update my hip club profile. Damn technology. Is there any way I can login and see the password? can someone let me know I cant seem to find it on the hip club site. I am a little pissed about this.

Thanks
JP.
