Hip on much

So wish I could watch more of this. I don't have Much Music. I was visiting my parents today during the early morning so I saw the interviews and the music videos from 1992 to 2002.

Just realized I've never seen the video for Chancellor until now. Weird.

Chancellor video did not get a lot of air play when it came out. Back in the day, I had a real hard time finding it. Plus the internet wasn't so good back then. 3hrs to download a song with a 56k Modem

God bless Much for the airing of all that footage. And I so loved watching the videos again on Much one last time. Man that was surreal. I kept thinking, that was their best video! No, that was their best video! What was their best video? Music At Work seems brilliant to me. Locked in the Trunk of the Car seems to have won the most awards. But I think In View might be my fav. And the two Downie solo videos are fantastic. Gord in the role of Guy and then Pascal. Tremendous imagination in those.

Every episode now on my DVR but have to wait until next weekend to watch them...headed to Portland this week, saw one of the episodes and am definitely looking forward to a couple of mini-marathons.

They didn't play every video. They didn't play Coffee Girl. And wasn't there another video from We Are The Same?

Ah. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nLOSnXQle74 (I also see there was a thread back last commented on in '09 on this video, and from what I can tell from it, this video was not an official music video? Which may explain why it wasn't on Much. And I take it nobody to this day ever solved the mystery as to who the actress that plays the coffee girl is?)

I thought there was a connected trio of videos released from We Are The Same (morning moon, coffee girl, last recluse) and for whatever reason I can no longer see them on YouTube (the link above doesn't work for me, likely because I'm in the UK). I remember looking for them on the band's website a while back and they weren't there either. I contacted their web admin to ask about their exclusion but never received a reply. Anyone know anything about them? Better yet does anyone have them downloaded and can share? I have the official video DVD that came with the Hipeponymous box set but it would be great to get the later era videos as well.
