Completely shut out in London....6 of us logged in and ready to go.....we all made it through ticket selection at 11 on the nose, and all of us waited 8-10 minutes for the dreaded "selection unavailable" screen to pop up. Now for the hard part....figuring out how to spread our 8 pre-sale tickets between 12 buddies.

Whoever decided on the ticket limit - either LiveNation or the band's management - is responsible for a lot of this. Four for the presales was ridiculous; eight for the regular sale screwed so many people.
Ticketmaster's problematic, but a lot of what went wrong could've been prevented without attacking the bots.

I got 4 great seats for the Peg show on Monday pre-sale. I feel guilty now since so many other great fans got shut out. Feel for you guys.
A Hip set list is like a box of chocolates..you never know which one you're going to get.
