I'd bet its the first 6 songs from Glastonbury and Elsewhere, Plaskett showed up and did Natural Disaster

I wonder if it's from House of Blues, Los Angeles, CA 05/18/95. I also wonder if it was broadcast on TV -- sounds like "Live from the House of Blues" ran on TBS for a few months.
That may be the show - nice
I never saw that one on TV anywhere unlike the rest of he series.
But one show i remember from between 95-98 was a HOB show that was streamed live on TheHip.com I wonder if it was that show then
