A guy is sporting the sky-blue hip tour shirt with the tree on the front and words circling the tree from what I think is the music at work tour in a new commercial featuring pre-sliced premium deli style cold cuts, possibly from oscar myer. I paused my tivo and I’m sure its the shirt. He is wearing a brown blazer/sport coat while looking at his wife/girlfriend’s/sister's sandwich in a kitchen, when she is out of the room he then cuts a piece off and eats it, she comes back and notices the missing piece. Keep an eye out for the commercial.

I think it was NBC or ABC, last thursday afternoon to early evening.
Would they have to clear something like this with the band?

Probably not. I doubt they even knew it was a band shirt. It looks pretty generic.
