I heard today were Shania Twain carried the Olympic Torch. I am sure there are many canadian celebs that are running a portion of the relay...just thought it would be totally cool if Canada's Band-The Hip got in on the action... I personally think its kind of a cool thing :jump (im trying not to diss Shania here).... AND.... certainlly the Hip should be performing at some point during the event....

Good for Shania. First of all she is totally hot and secondly she did her hometown and her country proud. It seems to me The Tragically Hip must be included in the Olympic ceremony in some way. The boys have served as unofficial ambassadors for Canada for years and deserve the opportunity to help. IMO :roll:
