Sorry to hear your bad news. Sucks that people can't be trusted. My car has been hit three times in the past couple of years. The bastards took a box full of old Magic cards, my Bass guitar, A couple of hundred dollers worth of tools and my favorite hiking boots. The boots pissed me off the most. Who takes another mans shoes?

Sorry, I forgot one must be at nerd level Seven before you know what Magic Cards are. Yes they are like D&D cards. My buddy works for a Seattle based company called "The Wizards Of The Coast". Back in the 90's they developed a turn based card game called " Magic: The Gathering " where players collect trading cards and build decks of spells and monsters cards. Each player then consumes massive amounts of Mountain Due soda pop and says things like " I cast a lure upon my Thorn Thalad and attack you with my Silvin Dragon". When my friend learned my kid was playing he gave me a box full of original cards. They can range in value from .50 up to 50.00 or more. It's a fun game and a good way to keep kids out of trouble. Most comic book stores and hobby shops host games.

He's not a nerd anymore....maybe that's why they stole the cards..lol..seriously it really sucks to be robbed.
I have had a whole bunch of things stolen ranging from cd's to ipods to car stereos in the past. I also believe in what goes around comes around.

The weekend of my undergrad convocation, I was crashing with some friends who lived up the hill from a trailer park. While we were out enjoying a few libations, someone broke into the house. There were a few of us crashing there so the living room was littered with laptops, iPods, and car keys. There were a few pairs of expensive dress shoes sitting at the door. Only things missing when we returned: my pair of beat up, 2 year old Nike skate shoes, my roommate's beat up flip flops, and a couple of beers from the fridge.

Every time I think about it, it reminds me of the Dane Cook B&E bit. If I don't find out what else they took this year, I want a divorce.
