I am looking forward to seeing The Hip once again in Seattle. I am addicted to all things Tragically Hip. I look forward to meeting some Hip fans from the North as they descend on the Pacific Northwest. I would love to see The Hip in Canada. Anyone interested in meeting before the Seattle show to share some stories, laughs and goodies?

I love The Moore Theater. It's old, rundown and smells funny but IMO it's the best theater in Seattle for live rock music. Most of downtown Seattle has been renovated and the historic buildings have been brought back to their original glory. Not the Moore and I love it. The theater is attached to a run down flea bag hotel that is full of oddball characters and bed bugs. The Moore Cafe has been renovated a bit and brought up to health standards but it still has it's beat character intact. Next door to the Moore Hotel is The Nite light Cocktail lounge. The bartenders are three groovy old ladies with beehive hairdos who have been slinging the same stiff cocktails for over twenty five years. (The Long Island Ice Tea is like a delicious hammer to head) I have not been back since the last Hip show so I hope the old gals are still there. Last tour I saw Robbie and his crew drinking at the Nite lite after the show. After that I stumbled down to the Whiskey Bar and saw Paul and Gord S. who were kicking it outside the tour bus with a bunch of fans.
