Like farmerdan said, I've also only heard them do covers during a jam session. I've heard bits of gimme shelter, and more surprisingly, I heard them play a little bit of Turn You Inside Out by R.E.M. but I haven't heard a Hip cover first hand.

I've been to a few Trews shows. They haven't played any Hip at those shows, but they did do several covers of other bands. Two songs I can remember off the top of my head are "Whole Lotta Love", which they have done every time I've seen them I think, and "The Weight".
Cool find. "Get Back Again" is a song I never thought I'd hear any other band cover.

I've seen the Trews a bunch of times and never a Hip cover but since that show was in Kingston it seems pretty fitting. The best cover I've seen them pull out is they ended an show in Gage Park in Hamilton with AC/DC - It's a Long way to the top, buddy on keyboard filled in for the bag pipe parts
