Was I hoping for a full show, yes I was. Am I satisfied with the songs up there? Hell yes.
After listening to everyones boots for the last year and being extremely happy with everyones results, it's quite a pleasure to hear soundboard quality.
Thanks to all involved with the World Container tour, band related or taper. Thanks again! :thumb:

Earlier today I emailed one of the DJ's at Power 97 (Winnipeg) about the news that The Hip were letting members of thehip.com download 5 soundboard recordings of their songs. The have a Half-hour show called 'The 6 O'Clock Rock Report' and I told them if they had time they should squeeze in this news item. Sure enough, it was the lead story on the Rock Report! They directed listeners to <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.thehip.com">www.thehip.com</a><!-- w --> AND played the live Poets from Philadelphia! They also gave me credit for giving them the news. Pretty sweet stuff. So MAv, be aware that many Winnipegers will be signing up to the site tonite! :thumb:
