My guess is this...if Family Band's votes were taken away and had to be split between the two songs, BAHD may have pulled it off and gone very far. That is my only complaint about the 3 song matchup...the votes that the bottom song takes could have went elsewhere.

Esthete, don't make me pull out the "c'mon" again ...
and re "vote splitting", above ... I agree. Although my prediction did not bear out (i.e. that the song that DWD and FB were pitted against would come up the middle -- although this very nearly happened), I still think this whole bracket is now asterisked.
I further predict that Blow at High Dough will now start a lecture series on the perils of global warming. Coming soon to a speedway near you.
