I had this pasted to me just now. Real funny.
The popular Canadian Rock Band, The Tragically Hip, is being sued by the U.S. Government for conspiracy with the New Orleans tragedy. The group is to appear in court sometime next may.

MSN has been known to transmit hoaxes. I'm assuming that is exactly what this is. It doesn't make any logical legal sense, that a song written 15 years ago could be sued by a country. Canada can't sue me if i said that in four years there will be a leap-year. Then suprise! It is actually a leap year.
