Has anyone ever had a slipped (herniated) disc in their back? I am recovering from one, and I was wondering how long it took you to get back to normal? I know everyone is different, but I am looking for ballpark figures. Also, if you've had one in the past, have you had problems with it since? Thanks for your input.

Ouch, that does not sound good. I have no idea how long, good luck with your recovery.

sorry to hear about your back. I hurt mine a few years ago . I had surgery in 98 L4 L5 they put a cage in my back and fused the two vertibra together. Out of work for over a year but since then only minor problems just letting me know it is there. If you have any questions (pm) me and maybe i can help in some way.
