At work I listen to Q107 in Toronto, which usually play @ 3-5 Hip tunes every day, which is good, I just wish that they would mix it up a bit, and play some of the nuggets from each album, i.e. fight, chagrin falls, when the weight comes down, another midnight, greasy jungle, etc. It's always the same "hits" that they play. Of the two times that I have called in to request a song (always The Hip), once they played it (Grace, Too) and the other time they didn't. This is in no way a complaint, (although, as an aside, I have sent them an e-mail complaint in the past regarding the continuous play of Sweet Home Alabama by Lynyrd Skynyrd, politely requesting any other song from Gold & Platinum instead). Recently Kim Mitchell played Don't Wake Daddy for his signature "Damn, I wish I wrote that", and I was surprisingly ecstatic. At the end of the day I'm just happy to hear the Hip at work anytime!
