My prediciton and I have no inside scoop at all, just what I think...
There will be an opening band at Darien Lake. The reason it's not JPE is because he had a gig in Quebec scheduled for the 23rd. Perhaps a local talent or friends of the band willing to fill the slot for them.

Ad in today's Artvoice (Thurs) says opener is Idle Sons.

Idle Sons is playing at my school, Mohawk College, on Sept. 14, 2004.....they're opening for Finger Eleven.
