Read this on a forum today. I don't qualify either condition but someone here might.
$500 Bond for baby born after 2004 if Fam. net Income <36K

For babies born in 2004 onwards, the Government is giving out $500 bond for those parents to open up a RESP plan. You do not need to deposit any money into the plan even!
2 conditions
1. Born 2004 onwards
2. Family net income is $36,378
Family receives the Canada Child Tax Benefit payment AND the National Child Benefit Supplement.*
They will also pay $25 admin fee if u are charged one.
On top of $500 initial Bond, they will pay $100/yr that the family qualifies until kid is 15.
If u know of someone who may meet this, get them to call to find more info: 1 800 O Canada
I know a couple of people who got the 500$. They didnt put a penny down even. Free!
