Did anyone else buy tickets during the presale?
I can't figure this out. After the passwords came out on Tuesday, I called the box office for about an hour before finally getting someone to pick up the phone. I bought a ticket, but didn't get any row/seat information. They took my phone number and said that there'd be a call back on Thursday. Sure enough my wife took a message yesterday with a confirmation number to pick up my ticket any time after Monday.
I called today to try and find out the seat information, but after a lot of confusion, I was told that the seats hadn't been assigned yet, so I can't find out that information! This morning the regular sale started on their web page, but I don't know if the tickets on sale there are better or worse than what I got. I would hope that the pre-sale seats would be better, but they apparently can't even tell me!
Is anyone else in the same boat?
