Yup, I'm sure. I've never tried to play it, so I dunno if that's right. But it's what the book says.

for 100th, the opening may be in 15/16 but im guessing if you look a couple bars later in the book you will see it changes to 4/4...if not i would think that it is some sort of joke...butts wigglin is in 4 as well but it is harder to hear because of jonny accenting "weaker" beats with the bass drum

Yer right ... as I only do acoustic stuff these days, I've never really been interested in playing it and I just saw 15/16 and thought, "that's wierd."

But it starts in 15/16, then goes to 11/16, and then into good old 4/4. Which would explain why it doesn't sound like it's in an odd time signature.

If you want to hear some really different time signatures, try listening to Soundgarden. Fell on Black Days and Spoonman are two examples but there are a lot of different ones.

Soundgarden is a great example. I credit their drummer Matt Cameron for a lot of that stuff. As most people know, Cameron has been a full-time member of Pearl Jam for the past few years (pretty much since Soundgarden broke up), and if you listen to PJ's last couple of albums, it's obvious he's been a pretty big influence on their songwriting.

Speaking of f**ked up time signatures, check out the Rheostatics. Those guys have truly mastered the art of experimental song structures.

I'm pretty sure the intro riff to spoonman has alternating time signatures. One bar in 4/4, one bar in 3/4. The choruses are probably in 4/4.

I was trying to think of other hip songs in different time signatures. But I couldn't, so this post is doomed to offtopicness.
