I can't wait! Her new album "Back to Me" is being released on the same day as the Letterman gig. And for my friends in the Ottawa area (Steve Dame, I'm lookin at you), she's playing a three-night stand at the Black Sheep Inn in Wakefield next weekend, which is one of the of the coolest live music venues I've ever spent time in. I was lucky enough to see Ron Sexsmith, Chris & Kate, and a solo acoustic show by the Lowest of the Low's Ron Hawkins at the Black Sheep. The atmosphere there is amazing. If I was still in Ottawa, I'd be making plans to spend the whole weekend there. Anyway, here's all the info I could gather from her site:

I'm in love with this girl, and she's such a great musician too. If you haven't seen her, certainly check this out, she's great.

Casey and I were lucky enough to see her cover AC/DC's "Money Talks" and Ozzy's "Changes" at Barrymores one night... I don't think there's much she can't do.

Get on a plane buddy, we'll stay at the Wakefield hostel.
