Is it just me or does You're Everywhere sound like it could be a Rheostatics song? The first time I heard it that's all I could hear. After listening to it a ton of times I don't hear it as much now..

Does anyone else hear it or am i just crazy?

It's true indeed. It doesn't sound EXACT, but it's close enough to notice the similarities.
