The Glorious Sons
#1

Sorry if I'm late to the party on this one. I was back in Buffalo for the holiday are heard the Kingston band "The Glorious Sons" on local radio. "The Union" -2015 is a great first album. They also name check Gord Downie on the track Gordie. Any love for these guys around here? I would like to see them open for The Hip on the new tour.

These are one of my favourite new bands. I saw them play at Norma Jeans in London, ON probably 3 or 4 years ago. They were the opening, opening band and there were about 12 people there to watch. They completely stole the show that night and I have been following them on tour when ever I can, since that.

Definitely my favourite...Wish this wasn't added as a bonus track after their new album was released. Would love to have this on vinyl to blast through my stereo.

How a song that good doesnt make the cut is odd, I chalk this up to some apple/itunes BS.

Pray for a 45

I just think it was probably recorded after the album was put together. It probably wasn't written on time for the album.

I would LOVE a 45...I am collecting a ton of 45s of my favourite songs for when my jukebox is done getting restored Smile
