So I went down to the downtown business district over my lunch break to buy tickets for the upcoming Erie Canal Harbor concerts and for 60 bucks I got tickets to the following:

Yep, $10 bucks a piece. ($20 day of show)
There are amazing concerts all around Buffalo every summer.
Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday there are free concerts all around Buffalo.
This year they are also having double bill weekend "pay" concerts on the waterfront for ten bucks a piece, and those are the ones he is talking about.
The last couple of years the free shows consisted of at least 3 Sam Roberts Band gigs and a Gord Downie solo gig.
