Hi all. Here's another instance of Jenna_Bird crawling, begging and groveling for advice. Esthete bought my a BlackBerry Pearl (8120) for my birthday. It is wonderful. I love the browser, the speed, the general ease of use, etc. However, when it comes to doing anything more than day-to-day basic tasks, my BlackBerry outsmarts me. I have been trying, without success, to transfer some media files onto the phone. Nada. Nothing works. Music and video are out of the question. Photos work on a semi-consistent basis. Does anyone know how to remedy this situation, either from personal experience or support forum? I have poked around the forums at CrackBerry.com, but there is just an insane amount of poorly written information. Any and all advice would be appreciated.

"The best thing would be a microSD card. If you load .mp3s directly onto your Berry's device memory, you will surely run into memory issues! Simply get a microSD card (*DEALS* on microSD!!) and then enable Mass Storage Mode. Connect Berry to PC. Drag and Drop songs into the respective folder!

Things You’ll Need:

* MicroSD Memory Card
* Blackberry Phone

Step1
remove battery door
Step2
remove battery
Step3
locate microSD memory card slot
Step4
unlock memory clip and slide memory clip open
Step5
insert memory stick. gold connection on memory card touch the gold prongs from the phone.
Step6
close memory clip and move to lock position
Step7
reinsert battery and door
