It's about realtors falling on hard times, but that's not important. What we thought was hilarious is the name of realtor being interviewed...on a major network national news braodcast yet to boot...

I remeber back in the day when I was but a wee lad, I was told to look through the paper with my family to find baby names for my aunt, (nothing says new baby like giving it a name find in the obit's), Anyway no word of a lie, their was a guy whos first name was 'Penis'.

What's especially funny to me is that its a realtor.
"Hi. Nice to meet you. Ben Dover. My broker is going to take a 3% commission on the purchase price of this home you're buying, and half of that's going straight into my pocket."

It could only be more fitting if this dude was a lawyer.
