I just ran across this 2006 book on Amazon.
Probably just some guy trying to get a book noticed in Canada by naming it after this famous song.

About the Author
Adrian Brijbassi was born in New Amsterdam, Guyana, in 1971 and raised in Kitchener, Ontario. He has a journalism degree from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto and currently lives in New York. Brijbassi is also the 2002 winner of the Whitman Award for Fiction from Southampton College. 50 Mission Cap is his first novel.

Ya, it's from a vanity publisher: Trafford. Although he's received an award from Southampton College which is promising — pretty good school, I think. In New York. IIRC they have a pretty good tradition of writers.
