Someone just commented on my Luv(Sic) video on YouTube and said that the song is a rip-off. (I'm paraphrasing...) and that "Shing" should sue.

I really don't think you can sue for having the ame song title as someone else - that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Oh, an the lyrics share almost nothing in common. Hardly a water tight law suit.
