Leafs TV just said The Hip will be shown during the intermission of tonights game.
i think it might be toronto night #1. not sure what they are going to show, but when we were talking to the leafs tv camera guy he said there was some special coming up and raycroft and gord d. were part of it. im guessing there is some pro-shot footage aswell.

I'm almost positive it was said that this was just a bit of a preview of what's to come. I don't know if there will be a longer segment later or just more little snippets like tonight, but there will be more!!

FYI, they did say it's the first of the Hip + hockey featurettes. It was disappointingly short, and I wish they'd shown more footage from the Phoenix...but hey, if it's only the beginning, then by all means bring it on! Last year they counted down the 100 (or was it 50?) greatest moments in Leaf history, five/game...maybe they'll do something similar to that?
