How quick does Maple Music ship to the US? Is there an expedited shipping option?

I received Hipeponymous, IBE, and IVL 3-6 days after the release date, getting them the following Friday, Saturday, or Monday but Maple Music's "official" info is pasted below.

Options listed by service, AVERAGE delivery speed, and Price:

I pony-up the extra $2.26 for surface Parcel, sort of the equivalent of UPS here in the states. I couldn't wait for MMs pre-sale so I pre-ordered from Amazon.ca a few weeks ago.

so the digi pack is like phantom power? For sure? how do you know this and why the hell is it called a digi pack??

What will the other releases be, just a jewel case? Since Future Shop is the cheapest and I can have it Tuesday at 10am that will be my route.

Digipaks typically consist of a gatefold (book-style) paperboard or card stock outer binding, with one or more plastic trays capable of holding a CD or DVD attached to the inside. Since Digipaks were among the first alternatives to jewel cases to be used by major record companies, and because there is no other common name for Digipak-style packaging made by other companies, collectors have long been using the terms digipak or digipack generically, even when the media holder is merely a hub rather than a full plastic tray.

Since the packaging is less durable than jewel cases, it tends to show signs of wear relatively quickly.

I prefer the cardboard cases to jewel cases by a mile. Jewel cases always crack. While the cardboard may wear a bit more, it feels more like a nice LP or something.

Any idea if these digipacks will also be in stores?
