hi there,
trying to hook up an avatar for this place...it's saying pic must be 9kb or fewer...wondering how one does this? i've got a tiny pic, have reduced everything -- size, pixels etcetc. but can't get it to work.
when finally reduced and reduced and reduced it did show up, but the size of a pin prick.

maybe its the file extension? is it jpg, bmp..etc?

Send me the image and I'll reduce it to the right specs for you. Alternatively, there are some online resources that will allow you to upload your image and tell it what size to make the file, and then give you a file to download.
