Downie on the radio in Vancouver - aaronck - 09-21-2006
Just got this in my Email.....
YOU'RE GOING DOWNIE!
The Classic Rock 101 Project Ambush Team is hip deep in your outlandish, outrageous, awesome ambush requests - but as we like to say - if we want to really help people help people, we need your help, people!
Tuesday, October 10 - Tragically Hip front man Gord Downey will join us in studio for an extremely rare hour of radio. And we want to share this once in a lifetime opportunity with the biggest Hip fan YOU know!
Tell us why the die-hard Hip-ster in your life should meet the man! Feel free to shamlessly suck up. We like that. If your email is selected - your buddy will be hijacked and dragged into the studio for The Coolest Day. Ever.
