Big fan of Jack, and this is my favorite movie of his. I never get tired of watching it.

Some great quotes from that movie..

I'm a goddamn marvel of modern science!

Someone get me a fucking wiener before I die!

there's so many great quotes..when the docs ask if he has any questions, and he pulls out that dirty card and says "where do you suppose she lives"
.i actually think the movie and book are on par with each other...in my opinion the best movie adaptation of a book ever made...

I love the book and the movie as well. As stated, Jack was great in the movie, but the whole cast are also excellent. Everything seemed to come together in the movie. This book definetly translated well to the big screen.

It's probably my favorite Jack flick too, but I also liked him in The Shining (of course...Kubrick always seems to get something unique out of every actor), and I loved Five Easy Pieces.

Another film that I think is terribly underrated, and one of Jack's very best performances is As Good as It Gets.

So how is he in Terms of Endearment? I've always wanted to see that film, but never remember to rent it.....

Yeah, he really is good in that one.

"Go sell crazy someplace else. We're all stocked up."

No I didn't. Shut up.

I saw Terms of Endearment but that was long, long ago. Too long to really offer an opinion.
