Well I have my ticket, I have my transport organised, and now I have my hotel just around the corner.

Who fancies a beer before the show??

I won't be driving this show, so I can have more than my usual sniff of the apron.

Anyone interested? And shall we wear carnations??

I'll be there, without a doubt...I'm staying at a hostel across from Shepherd's Bush, I think a meet-up would be good, y'know, for the folks attending all the European shows, we could organized, what have you...

I don't have any idea about pubs or anything near the venue, any thoughts? Should be a rager...

Well when I was down there in 2000 (yes, it has been that long since my last hip show, the next one was cancelled..) there was an Australian bar right next to the venue where we met.

I guess that would be the best place :-)

Just a few more days dudes...I'm not sure exactly who's gonna be in attendance from the 'base, but I'm leaving Poland tonight for Paris, a few days there before arriving in London on the 6th...anyone else staying at the Shepherd's Bush hostel across the road? I'm lookin' forward t'seeing all of you who are doing the whole tour...should be somethin' special...

I have my room booked just down the road, firgure I will hit the bar next to the venue at 5pm (but not drinking too much, I'm a lightweight)

I am going to be getting to london at around 10am, so anyone wanting to meet for lunch so I don't look like a billy no mates can give me a pm :-)

Coming down by car during the afternoon so should be around 5 pm touchdown. Am already meeting some mates at the Aussie bar so will look out for you guys - can't miss Chris now can I? :-)
If we don't say hello enjoy the show guys.

By the way "the next one was cancelled"? I saw M@W (2000) and also for IVL (2003?) They did 2 IVL shows at Shepherd's Bush and there was a Cardiff show cancelled just after these which was scheduled to be the final show of the tour...

The hostel accross of the train station is where I've been staying for the past couple nights, its decent, and the Carona's are 2 for the price of 1 between 3pm and 8pm, not my favorite beer, but a good price!

I walked by the aussie bar beside the empire but havn't been in it yet, just let us know for sure where everyone is meeting, the hostel's bar also makes food, it's pretty good too, so where ever people want to meet will be fine with me. See everyone in a couple days
