Does anyone have a good copy like the one on TTH page?

Blonde Solid: Fully Completely outtake whose lyrics were inspired by a painting Gord saw. Played live on 4/18/92, and brought back during jams in 1996-99.

Yikes CC!! What is up with all of these URL Changes? I have to alter my bookmarks biweekly because of you! All kidding aside, I do appreciate you making these links under the "Hipfans" brand. It will inevitably be easier for new users to find their way around the Hip's material.

The thumpmedia.com domain is not mine, and the owner will want it back sooner or later...
http://tracker.hipfans.com will soon automatically redirect to http://bt.hipfans.com, but for the short-term I'm leaving it as is with the message telling users what's going on.
Other than that, there haven't been any other changes... unless I made some while I was sleeping... this seems to be all I think about lately.

Inspired by today's stellar Song of the Day, I've been trying to figure out what painting inspired "Blonde Solid." So far, courtesy of the Hip Museum, I've got:
1. It's a painting that Gord saw.
2. The artist's first name is Mark.
That pretty much narrows it down, eh? Anyone happen to know the artist's name or have an educated guess?

Blonde Solid is out of this world. Definitely one of my favourite tracks ever. If the Hip ever put out a B-side album, this will be the headliner that we'll hear on the radio forevermore.

I refuse t'believe it's about a painting Gord saw. Why couldn't that night, that party have happened? Everyone knows the kitchen is the best place t'be during a jam. A little observation from said kitchen, and a little bit of being enamoured with a blonde across the house, well...That's the making of a hit, B-side or not.
