Lynne Hanson CD Release (Folk fans look inside) - Gangrel - 05-12-2006
I'm being a good boy and recycling an old thread......
If you're idea of summer is a cold beer on the patio, rocking in a chair, while the sun sets into the hillsides for a night of deserved rest, while the cry of a loon reverbates across the still waters of the lake, then you will probably like the music of Lynne Hanson.
A soulful voice that displays mileage far beyond her years, and real stories to tell. If you like folk music with a tinge of country, then listen.
Her CD, "things i miss" is available now here: http://www.cdbaby.com/cd/lynnehanson and you can preview the tunes as well.
You can also find out more info at her official site, www.lynnehanson.com .
For those of you in Ottawa, she is having a CD Release party at the NAC Fourth Stage on Sept. 9. There's a link on her site. I will be there, so there will be at least one hipbaser present.

I thought editing this old thread and reusing it would bump it back up, but I guess I have to do it the old fashioned way!
