hey gang I hear that the hip are scheduled to do a set at the Holiday Jam next Wed (14th) ? Its being billed as an acoustic set ? any one shed some more light on this gig ?

I wouldn't be surprised considering that this event is being put on by EggPlant (The Hip's new Management). Unfortunately the gig is already sold out. Sam Roberts, Kathleen Edwards, Sarah Harmer, Matt Mays and Danny Michel are also playing.

Here's the deal.

Yes, TTH is playing a short set at the show. They were asked to play AFTER the tickets went on sale and AFTER they were already sold out.

As far as I understand it, the entire night is an acoustic night.

Hey guys . . . just so you know and are forwarned . . . the show is in fact sold out and this link is not available from the main Maple site and it should not actually work . . . . the show was sold out before TTH were on the bill . . . sorry.. . . I think you will find the link is no longer active.

The site actually allowed me to buy tix though. It charged my card and said I just had to present ID and the receipt at the door.
