Rick was in fine form again this week. The polar bears in Churchill, MB were very cool and the freezing water thing he did in Winnipeg was great. My favourite part was when he had been in the water for a few minutes and then asked why he couldn't hear his heart on the monitor anymore and then remarked, "I think my penis is inverted. This goes beyond shrinkage." It was classic Mercer again tonight.

Agreed, it was a great show. His delivery is great. I loved the short Via comercial they did.

Did anyone catch it tonight? Rick was in fine form.

Stephen Harper has plans for Canada. Scary plans. Scary evil plans. We can't make this up. We're not allowed to. Stephen Harper owns a dragon. He keeps it in a shed. Seriously. Stephen Harper drinks his own blood. We saw him.
The Liberal Party. Let's see how badly we can lose this thing.

I never miss it and, as usual, Rick was on tonight.

Last weeks rant was the best I've heard, and should probably be broadcast multiple times per hour on every station every day until the election!

I agree -- he's been really good the last few weeks, as pointed as ever. The election brings out the best in him. Now if only it did for our elected officials.

i only sometimes watch the show, but i was just watching him do an oyster bit, and he was with the oyster shucking(sp?) champion and after opening the oysters he had the guy open up a couple cds, one being in between evolution...just thought i'd mention it, although i bet you all caught it anyways

Yes, I believe both he and Ron MacLean are huge Hip fans.
