torrent upload help needed - briansmccabe - 08-23-2005

Hi all -

I'm trying to upload a torrent for the first time, and the instructions I was sent indicate to open the *.torrent file in my BT download client to seed the torrent. However, it appears that nothing is happening when I do so. It shows no progress, plus my upload and download rates are 0kb/s. It does show I am connected to 3 peers, but nothing is happening!

Any suggestions?
