Cool. Good use of flickr.

Love the backstage and on-stage pics. It's going to be really great to see all the pictures everyone has to share. What a great idea to have some sort of community photo upload center!

I'm finding that a bit of a hassle, size restrictions and all. I'm just giving up and posting a few that everybody's already seen. I'm a computer idiot though, you folks with "skillz" might have a better go at it.

As far as I know, the only size restriction is 5mb. So you have to have prettu big pidtures not to be able to post them.

There is also this great utility you can download to your desktop which allows you to upload and comment on your photos without even going online. Not sure what it's called. . . don't give up yetSmile

An interesting note about Flickr...we had some friends stay with us a few weekends ago. I commented about the great use of photos on their blog and they told us all about Flickr and the dudes who created it, who happen to be their friends. It is 2 young (early 20's) dudes from Edmonton who created Flickr and now Yahoo has bought them out for some outrageous price. Part of that deal was these guys would be hired by Yahoo and one of the guys even requested his girlfriend also get a job there. So now they have moved to San Fran (I think) and they have great Yahoo jobs and are independantly wealthy.

Sorry to interupt the conversation...as you all were...

Very cool! I love those happy stories!

As for Gord's Blue toenails. When they were here (in Kingston) for the Across the Causeway press release and I was chatting to him, I noticed a beigie/pinkish/peach metalic colour on his toenails, pointed out that I had on the same colour, he shyly grinned and admitted that his daughter had painted them!! Very cool dad, I'll bet!!

Huh. I noticed that "we're moving our stuff to the U.S." message. Very cool to hear the story behind it. Thanks... can your friends help me borrow money from those guys?
