I'm wondering how many other people did the same...I'd be curious to know if the organizers "oversold" the park (50,000?) knowing that a chunk of the picked-up tickets might go unused?

That's the flaw in the "free" ticket giveaway idea...charging something would likely have dissuaded people who didn't plan on going up from snagging tickets (which could turn into souvenirs, I suppose?)...

the tix wont go unused. I only got them because afew of my friends wanted to go...and then they didnt end up with tix...either way someone will enjoy them :wink:
