Has anyone seen this before? Looks like an Australian promo Video.

Does anybody know whether Australia uses PAL or NTSC? Might be worth a bid.....

My business partner's wife just got a DVD from her family in Australia and it was in PAL format. The DVD players couldn't read it, but our computers could.
