cbc camera - kelman66 - 04-06-2005

did anyone else notice in Grace, Too when gord says "Armed ready for you" and very purposefully points at the camera, they quickly switched cameras.
He seemed to notice this and seemed to try to switch to the next camera (or two even) I think, not getting the right one. (they switched to the one beside Paul.

Something seemed weird about that exchange.
I hope the cbc isnt 'censoring', if that is really the right term.

Looked like a normal cut-away to me, followed by Gord simply trying to follow the red light in his oh so quirky way.

- kelman66 - 04-06-2005

ya, maybe yer right. seemed abrupt to me

- beanmedic - 04-06-2005

the line is "born ready for you" not "armed" so i have no idea why anybody would want to cut away.

and the show was on CTV not CBC

No problem. At least you're thinking about the music, which is all that matters.

I think the Tool Police is getting soft and maybe a little corrupt too..hmmm

It seemed to me that they half-expected him to be pointing at the camera right then and maybe were afraid of Gord bein' in their face or something.

Taking his 'speech' into context, maybe they were afraid of something more.
maybe watch it again with that in mind. maybe you might see more in Gordie's eyes. He seemed very pointed when he pointed.
maybe it is just me reading too much into it

I noticed it too, but I agree with what Stephen said above.
