Can somebody fill me in on Paul Martin's role last night? I'm just hearing about this now from a non-Hip fan politico who tells me the PM was on TV last night for "some band." Hip?

yup he welcomed them into the juno hall of fame and made a comment on how much he likes bakers hair.

and was it just my tv or was his face 10x larger than a normal human, looked zoomed in alot

Yeah, the PM said someting like... "Congratulations to the Tragically Hip on getting this recognition from the Junos, this coming from someone so very tragically un-hip..."
He was also holding what looked like a Rickenbacker (sp?) guitar. Completely cheesy, but whatever.

no it wasn't your tv... his head was huge.
