What would you do??
First, I would buy the blackhawks. Reduce ticket prices by 95% and have nickel beer night every friday.
Next, buy up as much shore front property around the great lakes so that greedy fucks in texas california and the rest of america couldn't get their greasy hands on the precious water in my great lakes. Fuck texas.
Then, if there was ANY left over (which probably would not be the case since lake shore realestate is off the hook lately, and I'd be losing mad funds with my blackhawks financing) and rig the U2 touring plane to explode b/c they need to stop making shitty music.

I'd pay off my debts, my boyfriend's debts, and the debts of my family.
build a special home for my ailing grandparents complete with 24 hour care and nurses on staff
I'd buy a new car, some new clothes, donate some money to charity
Travel to Europe for a month or however long I please
perhaps put the left over in an account and live off the interest, if that's possible with interest rates these days or put it in an IRA or some high rate account.
they used that BNL song in NY Lottery commercials here and it drove me NUTS I LOVED that song before they killed it. BASTARDS!

i'd own the Habs
i'd have my own booth at Yankees/Dolphins Stadium
i'd have various homes/recording studios around the world
i'd have my own record label
i'd have a RR limo, a private jet, a yacht, and maybe a helicopter
of course i'd set up various charitable organizations to show everyone i wasn't just some rich douchebag.
my prize possession though would be my...
ZOO! i'd own a Zoo somewhere that people would pay to visit, but that i could close to the public whenever i wnated to have a party at the Zoo. also i'd have a couple pet penguins that lived with me rather than at the zoo.

I'd also renovate the theatre at my high school...one of the best programs on the east coast and the space is terrible. I'd also pay for the rest of my mom's schooling (she's getting her doctorate), and mine as well. Umm...buy my boyfriend whatever car his heart desired...get my dad a shore house...and somehow fund a private hip show with all the proceeds going to charity, of course.

Pay off all my debt as well as my family's debt.
Build 3 houses - one for me, one for my mom and one for my brother & sister-in-law.
Set up a trust fund/education fund for my nieces.
Buy lots of land outside of the city and run my own no-kill animal shelter.
Buy season tickets (box seats) for the Canucks for me and my brother.
I would buy a second house in Vancouver so I could fly out there whenever I wanted to visit.
An impulse buy right now would be for a CAT scan machine so I wouldn't have to wait until May to get a scan done... bastards.
Buy all the cd's I have ever wanted, along with the most amazing sound system ever.
God...I could go on forever. But the more I think about, the more depressed I feel. :lol:

Hmmm... a billion, eh? Well...
New homes and cars for my parents, my sister and her husband, my brother, and my aunts and uncles and their families... oh, and for myself too.
The best possible health care for my uncle who lives in Alberta and has cancer.
Large donations to charities, including Canadian Cancer Society and Heart & Stroke Foundation. Also I would make a large donation to my alma mater, UWO and the Ivey School of Business.
With some free time for a while (since I won't need to work for my money), a personal trainer to whip my ass into shape, and a golf instructor so I could learn to play better than the whack & hack style I tend to play with now.
Travelling to Ireland and Northern Ireland to see and learn more about my family's background and where they came from before immigrating to Canada. I'd also travel to Australia... because it would be a heck of a lot of fun!
Season tickets for the Maple Leafs (whenever they play again) and to the Argonauts when they move into their new stadium. Plus one year I'd want to do an NFL road trip with a few of my friends... tailgating, the atmosphere of the game, the whole bit.
That's all I can think of right now.

As for me, I'd buy a yacht, I mean a kickass yacht, and have a kickass band on my yacht every weekend for private shows for me and all of my friends. Seeing as I don't have too many of these aforementioned friends, I'd have to fill the ship up with high-priced Las Vegas ladies and...and proceed to drink myself into oblivion...what a sweet sweet world that would be
