Just wondering if anyone has a thought on Hip lyrics that would be appropriate for a wedding toast. The bride and groom are huge fans and it would be nice to wrap up the toast with an appropriate Hip quote.

If you're the one getting married, I've always like this one, from Tom Waits - I know it's not the Hip, gimme a break - from the album Mule Variations, the song is called "Picture in a Frame"
"I'm gonna love you till the wheels come off."
Seems simple but it sure is a beautiful song.
As for Hip quotes:

Only you know your friend so only you know what's appropriate. I would suggest tossing in a one liner such as commenting that their love is "ahead by a century" during or after your toast, or stringing together a series a heartwarming phrases to construct an all-Hip toast.
THe misses & I wrote our own declarations and in mine, I strung together some key lyrics from her favorite Human Drama songs. There wasn't a dry eye in the house.

I've always felt Sherpa, Giftshop and ABAC to be decent for weddings, toast or first dance.
The solo Trick Rider poem/song is also pretty nifty.
