Hi, I'm new here and a huge TH fan.
I have seen them 2X, once at the Asylum in Toldedo Ohio and once at The Toledo Zoo (RAWK!). Both times quite a few years back.
I do have one question right off the bat, the song "If you lived here you'd be home", i have a live version of it on mp3 but it is kind of crappy, lots of hissing and not good quality. I really like the song and was wondering if there is a better version of it floating around anywhere.
I can't figure out why this song has not made a CD by now!

I dont think that's live, it's studio but obviously off a worn tape...it was just a demo. I don't think they have ever done it live...and I never heard of a better version.

Bits of it have popped up during New Orleans or as an outro to Wheat Kings. There's a show from Toronto in 1989 that apparently features some lines from it during New O (forget the date, sometime in November I think). My introduction to it came from a MP3 of New O at the Roxy in April of 1993. The rant features snipits from Dan Lanlois "The Maker", "If You Lived Here" and "The Luxury" before a killer rant about a nuclear submarine. As for Wheat Kings outro, the Jan 1/00 concert has a really clear one, although the majority of the lines said weren't in the original demo.
By far my favourite unreleased song
