1 sweet month (pics) - dasauce - 12-04-2004

I finaly got all these pictures together in one spot (thanks to Babybe for introucing the pic site, it's great). This has been a crazy month, hit 5 great shows total:

Ottawa BearFest
Toledo, OH
GR, MI
Ottawa, Grey Cup
Ottawa, Civic Centre

I'd like to thank the Hip, hipbase, the fans(I met many along the way), my car (1 amazing 89 Corsica), and the friends who traveled in it, or didn't.

Every month I seem to find at least one more great reason why I love living in Ottawa, this month it was three visits by the Hip, lucky Ottawa, this town sure is spoiled!

thanks for the thanks. As it turns out (wish I had known this then) you and ShannonW were standing right beside me on Sunday. I think our converstaion went something like this.....'hey dude, I can try to stay out of your way, but theres no way I can stop jumping up and down'.

Even though I guess we didnt really meet, we yelled NOOOOOOO and rocked out to the show, which was great. next time I'll know who you are, Ill be sure to say hello.

i had a Beaver tail when I came here for a school trip in grade 8, 10 years later, I'm livin here, coincidence...I think not.

WAIT A MINUTE!? You were the big guy in the white shirt right next to me!? The guy I had my arm around when we screamed "NOOOO!?" That guy!?

Dude, you and your crew were among the highlights of the show! It's always a little disconcerting for a guy like me to be jumping around and screaming when there's a subdued group of strangers next to us, but with you animals up front... I FIT RIGHT IN! Smile

Right on, hope to see you guys in The Hammer, Shannon and I will be looking for ya!

IT was ME, I'm the big guy in the white shirt, right next the guy whose hair is all the photos "keithtalent"....down in front man (what? I was front how did this happen), the crazy nut in the purple jersey 'TTH700FT' aka Kevin. and "those two girls dancing away on the right side of the floors"...thanks girls!

We'll see ya in the Hammer, I'd offer some rides up, but it's my home town so I'll be there starting Christmas EVE..It's gonna be a blast!!!!! Were 7th row Bobby side.

Thanks for the kind words about makin the show that much better, I'll say the same for you both, always a pleasure to enjoy a show with pure energy fans, a nice change from the usual conversations of "whats wrong with your friend, he's starting to freak me out" (GR, MI 2004)

did I ever mention how much this show kicked ass!

btw..ShannonW, you hooked my friend kevin up with a bunch of boots, that I copied, so I'm glad I'll know have the chance to say thanks.

ps I heard this rumor that the Ottawa Livedownloads show wont be released because front row section 34 yelled NOOO so loud during NOIS that it ruined the recording, in fact it was so loud it caused the london show sitting in the bus to fall off the table, so its gone too.

nice pics dave, i'm glad the back of my head is so photogenic. these 7th row seats for NYE are going to feel like nosebleeds now. Big Grin

i noticed NYE is advertising no cameras or recorders. is that a copps thing that we can get around or not?

there were cameras at the last copps show i was at on Dec 30, 02. I'm not sure about the NYE show though, could be a Hip request?
