Must Read Article About The Hip - Hugh23 - 12-02-2004

This is in The Halifax Hearld Limited today. In the interview Gord D. goes in depth into his feelings and thoughts about some of the songs he wrote on IBE. I feel it is a must read article for fans like us.

Thanks Hugh!

Always finding the good stuff!

I think I have a new-found respect for Nashville now. It certainly wasn't one of my top songs of IBE but reading what Gord had to say about it just bumped it right up there.

If only I could be blessed enough to pick Gord's brain for an hour - I am sure it would be life-altering (for me, not him!)

Thanks for the link, Hugh23.

Quite a bit about the inner workings of Heaven that I'm gonna steal for my site.

"Good songwriting can heal old wounds."

Is it just me or is every thing Gord says so catchy?

Gord is definitely giving some of his best interviews these days. Rather than carefully choosing his words like he usually does, the words just seem to be flowing out of him right now. It makes for great reading.

That was wicked! Gord rules.
