Why are these types of contests always closed to those who live in Quebec? I mean, I know they have their own laws governing this kind of thing, but are they not still a part of Canada?

OK - screw Quebec - sorry, not really.
But The states are not included either!!!
Come on, Buffalo is the Southern most point of Canada.
And check out this rule - the contest says it already ended. Huh?

So maybe that October 1 2004 thing was left over from an old contest, like maybe the baseball thing?

dumb freaking Quebec laws..
it's also a LAZY way out for contests.. it would have to be written in french etc.. blah blah.. people don't want to have to do it so they just exclude Quebec.. but I don't think it should be much more of a problem other than being in English only because it's under $10000...
